COVID-19 Policy for Student Pharmacists

Students must contact Dr. Winkles by email if they are experiencing COVID-related symptoms and/or if they are being tested on- or off-campus for COVID-related symptoms.  Academic accommodations are provided for students who are either waiting for COVID-19 PCR test results or who have tested positive and written documentation of excused absence(s) from their provider.

In addition to contacting Dr. Winkles, students assigned to APPEs or IPPEs must contact Dr. Klein by email if they are experiencing COVID-related symptoms and/or if they are being tested on- or off-campus.

In addition to contacting Dr. Winkles, students must contact course coordinators by email if they are experiencing COVID-related symptoms resulting in an absence from class and provide written documentation of excused absence(s).
