Spring 2022 News and Notes
ACPE accreditation extended to 2030
The Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) has completed a comprehensive review of Mercer University College of Pharmacy’s Doctor of Pharmacy Program and has extended our accreditation through June 30, 2030.
Eight years is the maximum allowable term of accreditation renewal. The process included an intensive two-year self-study and a three-day virtual site visit this past November to assess compliance with the standards and recommend re-accreditation to ACPE.
“This is great news for us as we continue to progress toward our strategic goals,” said Dean Brian L. Crabtree. “I especially thank Dr. Jill Augustine and the steering committee members for superb leadership of the self-study process. I also want to thank our faculty and staff for the work they do every day to serve our students.”
